Job Description:
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in handling the entire secretarial profile at top management level.
• Experience in Short Hand / Stenography.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.
• Good communication (verbal/written).
• Computer savvy-latest skill set required (SAP, Microsoft Office, power point & Excel).

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Responsible for overall secretarial activities and reporting to the CMD.
• Responsible for arranging meetings coordinating and organizing appointments, travel, etc.
• Arrangements, screening phone calls and e-mails.
• Record-keeping of all personal accounts and day today correspondence.
• Candidate should be flexible in timing & Outdoor.
Education Qualification: Graduate and Diploma in Secretarial Practice
