Job Description:
• Participate in a team to design and develop next generation EMS/NMS system that will be leveraging the best of breed technologies.
• Develop, maintain, and track design documents/specifications working with a focused team developing and enhancing an Element Management System (EMS).
• You will be responsible for understanding of the entire code base, architectural considerations, design and design decisions related to the project/product.
• Responsible for mentoring and coaching at least 7 - 10 developers technically.

Desired Profile:

- 5+ years software development experience with expert level skills in Element Management Systems (EMS) design, development and performance testing. Should be strongly familiar with FCAPS.
- Should have worked with JDBC and have client server development experience.
- Hands-on experience using AdventNet WebNMS (preferred) or other EMS/NMS Frameworks is highly desirable
- Experience in developing large scale deployed systems using Web 2.0 technologies and using Application servers such as WebLogic and JBoss is a plus.
