Job Description

Preparation of TND data/BoQs/DCN/Sync
Handling ECI SDH/DWDM Network requirements.
Managing LOS Surveys & SACFA activities.
Ensuring compliance to the guidelines adherence through regular audits.
Close interaction with network performance/operations team for getting feedbacks about the design changes/guidelines changes as per the customer profiles/ customer experience in the field.
Interface with the customer on all the issues related to the Transmission network having circle/national interest.

Desired Profile :

Exposure to MW LRAN and HRAN
Exposure to MW planning tools like TLP and/or Pathloss, Connect, NetAct etc
Exposure to Different transport technologies (TDM/ATM/IP) & Network Architectures
Exposure to Optical Networks – DWDM/OTN
Exposure to SDH Standards and Equipments
Knowledge of DCN & Synchronization requirements
Understanding of IP/MPLS/Ethernet Transport
Exposure to Ericsson Transmission product portfolio.
Good understanding of GSM Transmission Network
Good insight of commercial aspects of technological solutions
Strong initiative and drive towards network improvement
Creative, confident, self-motivated and customer oriented
Good communication skills. Able to express him/herself clearly, accurately and Strong team building skills
