Wanted Sr. Quality engineer with Solaris Unix/Linux administration background

Location: Bangalore (ITPL,Whitefield)

Requirement: Engineers from Premier Institutes and/or working in Top-notch Companies.

QUALIFICATIONS: BE or B Tech or MCA graduates with 3+yrs experience with Solaris Unix/Linux administration exposure.

Job requirement:
- Master in various technology (Systems, DB, Network and applications)
- Experience in Solaris UNIX or Linux administration background is a MUST
- Understanding of database, network and application administration concepts is an added advantage
- Should be responsible for policies, methods, processes, measures roles & responsibilities, quality tools, templates standards and training programs.
- Advocate and enforce adherence to process and standards and its compliances.
- Provide consultative, facilitative and process management services to team.
- Managing the internal workflow management tool and meeting the customer SLA constantly for all & every client tickets.
- Reduce MTTR (resolve and response) to a minimum within the various support team members.
- Increase the overall QoS of the service to the clients.
- Team lead or a Manager role played earlier is added advantage
- Possess rich have knowledge of Quality tools - Six Sigma
- Should possess excellent analytical skills.
- Standardization and drive for its implementation.
- Candidate should be flexible to work in night shifts.
- Should be able to work as a team player and a individual player.
