Job Description:
1. Learn Product Functions and features
2. Understand customer / Industry requirements - features required in software
3. Document the details of the feature / software requirement
4. Provide functional / Process knowledge to software developers and design engineers (e.g. Component Maintenance / Shop maintenance, Technical Records Management, Engineering Change management, Maintenance Program administration, Hangar Maintenance Plan and Production, Reliability Analysis Management / Reports, Parts and Inventory management processes, Warranty and Repair Order management, Service Order Management, Quality Management, Library Management , Line Maintenance Planning, Central Planning, Management of Flight & Journey Logs, Sales and Revenue Recognition processes associated with repair services / rentals etc)
5. Validate / test the features developed
6. Review Product / Requirement Specifications
