a. Good C++ skills, Windows.
b. Strong communication & analytical skills.
c. Awareness of Windows threads.
d. Good understanding of client/server architecture.
e. Good understanding of Active Directory concepts, e.g.,
i. LDAP
ii. Replication
iii. AD topology
iv. AD domain
v. AD group policies.
f. Preferably worked on following:
i. Perfmon / WMI APIs.
ii. Directory Services APIs.
iii. Windows server APIs.
