Job Description:

Knowledge about ISO 9001 & CMM/CMMI
Should be at least Trained Internal Quality Auditor
1-3 years experience with at least 6 months years in SEPG/SQA Function in IT companies
Awareness of definition & deployment of Software processes as per ISO9001 & CMM/CMMI in multi location software development environments
Awareness of Project Management Practices.
Understanding of different Software Development Lifecycles

Senior SEPG Coordinator

Job Description:

Acquire proficiency in test tools like Load Runner, Win Runner, Test Director, Silk Test, Silk Performer, Cactus, JUnit
Create Test Plan and Test Cases, execute test cases, perform regression testing and track to close the issues found during testing
Take ownership of the delivery, timeliness and quality of the module assigned
Provide technical guidance and mentor a team of 3 to 10 engineers
Play the role of a Senior QC Lead, when and where required
Contribute to the project estimation and planning process
Participate in customer interaction
Acquire good understanding of SEPG processes and ensure 100% compliance
Determine the needs of the business by estimating effort using structured estimating tools
Formulate an execution plan to track and monitor progress of the team
