We are looking for aTechnical Lead (MySQL DBA)

Work Location: Bangalore
Experience:Total of 4 to 6 years with 3 to 4 years of experience on MySQL DBA
Qualification:B.E/Diploma (Technical)/B.Sc/ B.C.A/M.Sc/ M.C.A
Requirement Specification:
· Possess experience in monitoring and administration of MySQL 5.0 Databases using MySQL Enterprise, replicate set ups and administration
· Should be able to perform backup and retention policy implementation
· Should know how to perform database export/import, restoration and recovery
· Should be knowledgeable in setup and configure DRBD on the Servers
· Possess good understanding of SQL scripting/Shell Scripting and automating the backup process
· Should have exposure to PhpAdmin and MySQL Admin utility for monitoring and administration, & Database Patch Application
· Should have experience in managing Database Jobs, parameter tuning
· Possess good experience in troubleshooting database related issues
· Perform SQL Query Optimization, Rebuilding of Indexes
· Possess good experience in analyzing/validating database segments
· Good experience in collaborating data modelers and facilitate interaction between DBAs and data modelers for logical and physical data models
Additional Specification:
· Candidate should have secured minimum of 50% across Diploma/Graduation, 12th and 10th
· Those willing to work in night shifts need to apply
