We have urgent requirements for C++ Lead Professionals for MindTree Ltd.

ALL POSITIONS ARE BASED IN BANGALORE.

They are looking for C++ Lead with the work experience on the O/S(Unix) and RDBMS (Oracle)

We are looking for Candidates with Experience: 4yrs - 7yrs.

The Positions are Based in Bangalore

Designation: C++ Lead

Education- BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MSC

Skills – C++ with Unix

Job Description
• Good understanding of quality programming guidelines, understanding of software development life cycles
• Good in C++ language constructs, OOP concepts and experienced in application development projects in C++ on UNIX
• Good in C++ debugging skills - tools like gdb/dbx will be an advantage
• Good in UNIX operating systems - common commands, shell scripting in csh or ksh, knowledge of UNIX internals. The preferred flavors are SUN Solaris or AIX
• Should have good exposure to RDBMS (preferably Oracle) and should have experience in writing stored procedures and performance tuning techniques. (Knowledge of SQL only will not suffice)
• Should be aware of XML (constructs, parsing, transformations, 3rd-party libraries)
• Should have experience in inter-process communication and related programming constructs
• Should be aware of generic networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP etc.)

Role Details
• Knowledge Acquisition & Transfer/ Sharing activities for new projects and products
• Work independently without much guidance on programming
• Address issues in performance, scalability and manageability in programming efforts
• Programming on projects by using a design
• Understanding Business requirements
• High-level & Low level design
• Testing
• Documentation
o SDLC understanding
o Adherence to quality processes, guidelines and time lines
o Contributes to organization in the form of participation in KM, C2 activities
o Effective project Documentation
