We are currently looking for Testing Professionals for one of our client based out of Pune. The client is a specialist engineering services & solutions provider catering to international clients in the industrial machinery & equipment, automotive, construction, shipbuilding, and software segments. Software engineering services division provides a breadth of product engineering services including software development, testing, and localization engineering to help clients in the CAD/CAE, PLM / Collaboration, and Storage / Security domains improve their product development efficiency.

It started operations in 1993 and is headquartered in Pune, which is considered the Engineering hub of India, and has offices in Michigan (U.S.A.), Cambridge (U.K.), Chicago (U.S.A.), Dalian (China), and Bangalore (India).

There are multiple openings in our Software Testing Group for professionals who have sound software testing experience & have shown leadership & team management skills. The details are mentioned below –

Position(s): Software QA Engineer/ Senior Software QA Engineer

Experience: 1 – 5 years

Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical/ Computer Science/ IT) or M.E. / M.Tech (Mechanical/ Computers/ IT)

Sill Sets Required:
1.Should have experience in designing using CAD packages like AutoCAD, Inventor, Catia, MDT etc.,
OR
Should have experience in Functionality and GUI testing using, Test Automation tools like SilkTest, WinRunner, LoadRunner, Rational Robot.
2.Experience in stress Testing/ Load Testing/ Security Testing would be and added advantage.
3.Experience in one of the Scripting languages- Perl/ Python/ VBScript would be an advantage.
4.Experience in Unix would be an added advantage
5.Candidate must possess good programming aptitude with strong communication skills.

Position(s): Tech Lead/ Senior Tech Lead

Experience: 4 - 10 years

Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical/ Computer Science/ IT) or M.E. / M.Tech (Mechanical/ Computers/ IT)

Sill Sets Required:
1.Should have experience in Functionality and GUI testing using, Test Automation tools like SilkTest, WinRunner, LoadRunner, Rational Robot.,
OR
Should have experience in designing using CAD packages like AutoCAD, Inventor, Catia, MDT etc., along with experience in software testing (manual/ automated)
2.Experience in stress Testing/ Load Testing/ Security Testing would be and added advantage.
3.Experience in one of the Scripting languages- Perl/ Python/ VBScript would be an advantage.
4.Experience in Unix would be an added advantage
5.Candidate must possess good programming aptitude with strong communication skills. Should have experience in leading a team to deliver time bound projects.

The selected candidates would be responsible for –

1.Scheduling
2.Scope validation, work breakdown structuring, and assigning to teams
3.Reviews, monitoring and guiding teams
4.Team management and client interaction/ interfacing
5.Design of test plans/ strategy
6.Creating test cases
7.Execution of test cases

All positions would be based in Pune.
