Flash Developer (1 year contract)

Responsibilities :

·The Flash developer shall report to the IT section’s Instructional Designer. His/her responsibilities include assisting the Instructional Designer to produce e-learning interactive courses, includes creative design, coding, testing, documentation and implementation of the e-learning courses.
·He/She will be involved in the actual designing of the graphics, animations and overall functional navigation and layout of the e-learning courses.
·Assists in developing test plan, drive user acceptance tests and regression tests for the developed e-learning courses. Ensure comprehensive testing is performed so as to achieve a zero-defect implementation and deliver high quality e-learning courses.
·Be highly responsive to the dynamic nature of the business environment and to quickly react against any critical issues related to the supported e-learning courses at all times.
·Manage and maintain e-learning courses project files and graphics.
·Provide hands on training and provide operational assistance to the users on the developed e-learning courses.

Requirements :

·The Flash developer has to have minimum Diploma in Multimedia / Graphic Design or relevant field (for local candidates) or Degree in Multimedia / Graphic Design (for foreigners).
·Familiar and have undergone formal training in Macromedia Flash and ActionScript.
·Essential knowledge and experience in the design and development of interactive based courses and web design with good working knowledge of Flash, ActionScript, HTML, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Indesign.Working knowledge in 3D animation such as 3D StudioMax is an added advantage.
·Must possess solid skills and knowledge of the fundamental of graphics and flash animation design.
·Good design skill with strong analytical abilities and able to work independently and under pressure.
·Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication and problem solving skills with a pleasant personality and a team player.
·Highly motivated with a strong sense of commitment and able to respond swiftly to critical system issues at all times.


Additional Note:
· Contract for a period of 12 months.
· At least 2 years working experience.
