Senior Java Developers (Code: 001)
Hyderabad, India

Job Details:

• Perform design, implementation and maintenance of complex, multiple product modules/sub-systems.
• Develop detailed specifications to describe the technical solution to specified business requirement.
• Prepare and conduct unit and system tests.
• Create technical specification documents that form the basis for code created during the development phase.
• Prepare estimates for assigned tasks.
• Participate in requirements, design, code peer reviews and support & maintenance efforts of the development team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with integration testing, system testing, acceptance testing and implementation
• Prepare, write, review and maintain effective system documentation.
• Coach or mentor less experienced development team members.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in C++/Java, Object Oriented Design and Development, and Relational Database Management.
• Experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, installation, and support.
• Extensive experience developing multi-tiered web-based applications in Java (J2EE).
• Skills and experience developing using JSP, EJB, Servlets, XML, Websphere, J2EE
• Experience using the Java IDE tools like IBM WSAD or RAD
• Extensive experience working with complex Relational Database schemas in Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2
• Experience using object-relational mapping methods and technologies
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and MVC-based web application frameworks such as Struts.
• Experience with both UNIX and Windows-based platforms.
• Experience installing and configuring Web Servers (e.g., Apache, IIS, iPlanet).
• Experience installing and configuring Application Servers (e.g., WebLogic, WebSphere)
• Experience with using Rational tools including RUP, RSA, RAD and Requisite Pro
• Experience with Design Patterns and UML
• Experience with developing interfaces using Web Services, RPC or message based technologies
