Job Description: | 1.Provide solution to Desktop, Printer problems, basic LAN & Server support issues
2.Report updation on a Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis, summary report
3.Troubleshoot Network connectivity (LAN) issues
4.Installation and configuration of peripherals and devices, Print devices (network and local) on desktops
5.Operating Systems (OS) installation / re-installation, upgrades and patches for desktops
6.Installation and Configuration of Softwares installations such as MS-Office, Acrobat Reader, mail client etc
7.Installation of anti-virus on desktops and remove Virus
8.Handle Escalations and Guide & Train L1 Engineers and New Engineer at site/ backup Eng
9.Basic understanding of ITIL based processes. |
