Job Description:
1.Sound Knowledge on Windows XP & Desktop HW
2.Installation , Configuration and Trouble Shooting of Mail Clients ( MS outlook& outlook express, Lotus Notes),MS Office Applications, Antivirus Clients - ( Symantec, Kaspersky, McAfee etc. )
3.The engineer will provide hardware level break fix solution to Desktop, Printer problems, basic LAN support issues
4.Installation & troubleshooting of critical client level applications & their usage guidelines
5.Report updation on Daily, Weekly & Monthly summary report


6.Escalate the problem to the Team Lead when required.
7.Installation and configuration of peripherals and devices
