We are urgently seeking 2 Siebel Business Analyst As a Siebel Business Analyst, you will be working with client business process owners in areas of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to understand and gather business requirements, document and map processes to Siebel 7.x functionality.

Requirements

i.Minimum 1-2 years of experience implementing Siebel solutions as a functional analyst.

ii.Good functional and process knowledge in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Call Center applications

iii.Very good understanding of out-of-the-box Siebel 7.x functionality in Sales, Marketing and Call Center.

iv.Siebel 7 Business Analyst certification is a plus.

v.Good Communication and client interaction skills. vi.Experience in Siebel industry-specific vertical (eCommnications, Hi-Tech, ePharma) is a plus.
