Title: Presentation Graphics Associate

Key Objective: To work with the Team Leaders to produce quality assured documents and ensure on time delivery

Position Objectives and Expectations ::

Specific Duties
Follow workflow processes as per the SOP
Ensure that all jobs on the shift are completed and returned on time with a high standard of quality
Meet the ETA's and meet client deadlines
Produce client worthy documents ensuring quality
Proofread client documents
Carry out work smoothly and efficiently
Continue to develop speed, accuracy and proof reading skills
Maintain confidentiality of all organizational and client information
Have good co-ordination with team members/colleagues
Assist the team leaders in training new recruits
Ensure record keeping and follow proper document management

Strong knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
Strong typing skill
Willingness to work on rotating shifts

Previous Experience Requirements
Experience as a DTP operator preferred
Knowledge of MS office and MS Windows
Typing Speed of at least 35 w/m preferred
Fluent in written and oral communication in English

Educational Requirements
Graduate or equivalent preferred
Fluent in written and oral communication in English required

Reports To: Shift Lead
Location: Mumbai (flexibility to relocate globally)
