Access GOM using your IBM email ID and the Intranet Password

On reaching the "Jobs at IBM" page

Opt for a "Keyword search" on skills or do a search on the "Job code " listed above

Select Job code marked with "ERBP" and click on "Refer a Friend"

Fill up the form and submit the referral resume

The candidate you have referred will receive an email from IBM with a link to Global Opportunity Marketplace

The candidate needs to complete his/her profile in the page and submit it

Only when the candidate submits his/her duly completed form, will the HR team be able to take the resume forward as an ERBP candidate
