join our growing Technical Communication (TechCom) group in Bangalore.

Job Title : Technical Communicator

Experience : Upto 3 years in Technical Writing

Candidate Profile : First-class post-graduates, preferably in Technical Communication/ English/ Journalism/ Mass Communication

Job Description

· Writing user manuals and online help for application software developed in various platforms

·
Reviewing and editing business proposals, consultancy reports, software
life-cycle documentation, technical papers and allied technical
documents

· Developing website material

· Formulating and implementing documentation standards, guidelines and processes

· Designing and conducting training in technical communication for IT professionals

· Taking up R&D work related to technical communication

Basic Requirements:

· Excellent command over English, and editorial acumen including understanding of structure and tone

· Ability to quickly grasp technical information

· Ability to understand software applications in various domains

· Effectiveness in working with IT professionals in a fast-paced project environment

· Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite of documentation software

· Preparedness to take up long-term assignments/transfers anywhere in India or abroad at short notice

Experience
in technical writing/editing and in the use of software tools for
online help, web design and graphics, will be a distinct advantage.
