Job Description

Position Description
Owner of Site Installation, Training and support Toll & HTMS projects. He will ensure that he manages the group of engineers of own/subcontracted on the field to get the mentioned activities done as per time frame. He will be responsible for preparing and updating the site status report regularly. He will be responsible for co-ordination and functioning of the field engineers and customers engineering group.

He will respond to all customer or implementation partners concerns or problems by resolving them or by escalating them to the proper associate. He will have ownership of the customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction.




Have hands on experience with Hardware devices.

Has worked in a Customer Support/customer service set up

Job-related experience in electronics/computers or electromechanical devices preferred

Has good Communication & inter-personnel skills

Would be on contract for an initial period of 6 months and would be absorbed on performance basis

Key Areas of Responsibility

Work very closely with the team

Updating the site status

Responsible for tracking and reporting the site activities regularly

Build working relationships with customers and develop informal communication channels with customer account at the local level (i.e. site, engineering office)

Responsible for ownership of all customer issues/needs that are voiced or observed and acts appropriately.

Represents Efkon India in a manner that reflects positively on the image and reputation of the company

Candidates from Hyderabad Preferred.
