Job Description: To cater to our upcoming projects pipeline, we are looking for fresh graduates, postgraduates to join us as Trainees.

Location: Hyderabad.

1. Selection Process:

Prior work experience is not required. However a strong aptitude for an IT career is a must. We will conduct an Aptitude Test followed by a Personal Interview for candidates who pass the Aptitude Test. The test will be of 30 minutes duration and have sections on Logical reasoning ability, Quantitative aptitude and English language ability. Each section will have multiple-choice questions. Passing marks (60) in every section is essential.

2. Aptitude Test & Interview Centers:

The Aptitude Test and interviews will be conducted at our office in Hyderabad at the following address:

4. Spectraforce Initial Training Program
The Software Trainees selected above will undergo a comprehensive technical training with focus on SAP-ABAP or Testing. Other topics would include:

- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Software Quality Management
- Operating Systems: Unix and Shell Scripting
- RDBMS
- Soft skills

The Initial training will be for 3 months, after which you will be allocated to projects within Spectraforce as well as with our Clients in India.


5. Compensation:

The Software Engineer Trainees will receive a stipend of Rs. 2000/- per month during the Training period (6 months depending on individual progress and readiness for project work). After completion of the training the eligible candidates would be promoted with a change in compensation.
