This project is implemented using Microwave communication theory. Micro strip patch antenna consists of Printed circuit board on which desired shape patch of efficient antenna is printed by using Photo lithography process.

Micro strip Patch antenna has limitation of narrow bandwidth .so in order to overcome this we have designed and upgraded for the better bandwidth. Here the chosen technique gives us a good characteristics and applications for an antenna which could be used for various applications in Ultra Wide Bandwidth.

In the course of our project, different geometries have been tested through IE3D ZEALAND Software for better characteristics, shape, parameters and for applications. Depending on the analyzed output from the IE3D ZEALAND software. The desired antenna design obtained is practically analyzed by network analyzer for return loss characteristics and polarization is measured in ANECHOIC chamber. In ANECHOIC chamber the antenna is practically tested for transmitting and receiving polarization.

At present there is a lot of research being done on this field. The array of MS antenna can see on the body of rocket, now a day it is applicable in military, wi-max etc.
