Job Description:

oDevelop competence in Adult learning methodology and application in order to create courses that facilitate effective knowledge transfer and retention.
Including understanding different learning styles and problem solving strategies.
To be able to utilise the prior knowledge of the learners to develop courseware that will meet their learning needs.
oWhere required be able to conduct formal training needs analysis in order to determine the contents of a course.
oLiase with SME's to facilitate knowledge transfer and quality assurance of LBD, Script and course content
oLiase with the client to ensure LBD, Script and course content achieve their stated objective.
oCreate an technical writing standards document for each client/ project.
oFollowing internal processes to create and quality assure training briefing forms/learning briefing forms based upon client requirements

Desired Profile
Only Engineering Graduates, (Electronics and Telecommunication preferred) with excellent communication skills.
