Leaders think about tomorrow. ~ Dan McCreary TIPS FOR TODAY..Legs Workout!!! ____________ _____ Money Saving / Finance Tip... buy vegetables, fruits and grocery seperately!! ! Most of the times we buy vegetables and grocery from same shop. But you will wonder saving of 10% if you buy them seperately. As Vegetables chains directly get vegetables from farms etc. and have less middlemen involved, you may find it cheaper (Local Vegetable Market, Safal, Fresh etc.), though its always cheaper to buy fruits from fruits only shops and you get better fruits. Grocey super stores (Big Bazaar, Lidel, Walmart, TESCO) etc. have cheaper grocery as they buy in bulk and do packaging themselves, and you can get lots of deals here. I suggest comparing prices across stores once in while (every 3-4 months) and then stick to cheaper grocery store Green Tip... Buy some organic vegetables!! ! Organic vegetables are usually higher in vitamins and minerals, grown without the use of pesticides and if you buy locally much lower in transport costs. And they taste great! Better Life/ Time Saving tip of the day.... Write Things Down!!! A common Time Management mistake is to try to use your memory to keep track of too many details leading to information overload. Using a to-do list to write things down is a better way to take control of your tasks and projects and keep yourself organized Health/Fitness. . Legs workout!!! Legs are most important and sexiest part of our body. But many men and even women ignore it for better face, hair style, good bust and shoulders. Moreover legs are base of our body, stronger legs ensure more stronger and healthy body. Do 20 mins workout for legs and hips daily, you can do 1) basic streching and then 100 sit-ups (total in different sets) daily; or 2). 15 mins running e.g. static running, treadmill or jogging; or 3). leg press or leg curls in gym; or 4) 20 mins brisk walk Family/ Relationship Tip of the day!!! Share load by cutting vegetables with your family members. The person cooking will be free early and will be happy to spend more time with you and your belongingness and care for each other will grow. Pets Tip of the Day.. cats deworming!!! Do regular deworming of kittens, after every 21 days initially till they are 3 months and then every month. You can use 0.5 ml of mebex, nemocid for this. Consult your Vet for more info |
