Many companies like TCS, Wipro, Sathyam, Infosys etc.. hired thousands of fresh graduates in ONCAMPUS requirements. But in reality most of them are still sitting at home. When these guys will get a joining letter ? Every one update here if you received your joining letter or not ? have detailed discussions on what to do instead of sitting at home n getting worried.

Campus Selection will be very dull here afterwards ....companies are not interested on permanent positions, there are much interested to hire contractual staffing ,as they only dont know when the client is closing the project. As we know that wipro had given offer to IT position, But they asked every one to join in their BPO ...same with others ...bench concept is no more....
