Qualifications required:-
For Post at Sno.1 of Table-A & B- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized Technical board/institute
For Post at Sno.2 of Table-A & B- Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized Technical board/institute
For Post at Sno.3 of Table-B- Graduation + 2 yrs full time PG Diploma in Personnel Management/MSW(with Personnel Management as main subject) or equivalent from recognized institute
For Post at Sno.4 of Table-B- Inter CA/ Inter ICWA

Age Criteria:
For Post at Sno. 1, 2 & 3 in Table-A & B(As on 31.01.2009):- Should not be more than 27 years for UR, 30 years for OBC(NCL) ,32years for SC/ST
For Post at Sno. 4 in Table- B(As on 31.01.2009): Should not be more than 30 years.

Remuneration and Induction level:
For Post at Sno.1 & 2, of Table A & B- Stipend of Rs.7300/-p.m during One yr. Training after recruitment. On successful completion of training, the selected candidates will be regularized in the pay scale of Rs.7300-12660/-*(IDA)( Gross of Rs.24000/- Approx. p.m) as Junior Engineer-Gr-IV in Supervisory level

For Post at at Sno. 3 in Table- B- Stipend of Rs.7300/-p.m during One yr. Training after recruitment. On successful completion of training, the selected candidates will be regularized in the pay scale of Rs.7300-12660/-*(IDA)( Gross of Rs.24000/-

For Post at at Sno. 4 in Table- B- Successful candidates will be inducted as Jr. Accountants in the pay scale of Rs.7300-12660/-*(IDA) ( Gross of Rs.24000/- Approx.p.m) in Supervisory level

Applications should sent in the prescribed format given herein, typed on A-4 size paper with recent attested photograph affixed on it and along with a non- refundable application fee of Rs.50/-(Rupees Fifty only) in form of crossed Bank draft in favor of” POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD.” and payable at Jammu. No other form of payment is acceptable. Candidates should write their Name and address on reverse of bank draft..
