Post "Agriculture Finance Officer" is not identified to be included for reservation under persons with disabilities (PWD).

Note : Candidates can apply only for one post from post code -02 to 03. However, candidates applying for post code- 01 & post code-02 have to submit separate applications for each of the two posts along with the requisite fees.

02	Agriculture Finance Officer - JMG Scale I	Minimum : 21 Years Maximum : 30 Years	A Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry/ veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Agri. Engineering/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri Marketing & Co-operation.
03	Law Officer - MMG Scale II	Minimum : 21 Years Maximum : 35 Years	A Degree in Law (LLB) with not less than 50% Marks (45% for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates). Additional qualification of post Graduate Degree in Law (LLM), CAIIB/ MBA may be considered in preference to other candidates. Experience : 5 years experience of practice at Bar or Judicial service and / or Law Officer in the Legal Dept. of reputed bank or the Central/ State Government or of a Public Sector Undertaking with practice at Bar for a minimum period of three years.

Scale Of Pay :
1). JMG Scale I : Rs. 10,000-470/6-12820-500/3-14320-560/7-18240.
2). MMG Scale II : Rs. 13820-500/1-14320-560/10-19920.

Selection Procedure :
Selection will be on the basis of Written Test and/ or Group Discussions, Interview depending on the number of applications received for each posts. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for Written Test/ GD/ Personality Test/ Interview. The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the GD/ Interview after preliminary screening /short-listing with reference to candidates qualifications, suitability, experience, etc.

Written Test :
Written Test will comprise(i) Objective Test on Quantities Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness and English (ii) Descriptive Test. For Probationary Officers the Descriptive Test shall be to assess the candidate's knowledge on Socio-economic development and communication skills.

Rs. 300/- per application. (Rs. 25/- as postal charges only for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.) Requisite fees is to be paid in any of the notified Core Banking Branch of the Bank by fee Payment Receipt, the print out of which can be Downloaded from the website OR Fees can also be sent by Demand Draft favoring "Central Bank Of India - Recruitment of Officers, 2009" payable at Mumbai.

The last date for receipt of system- generated printout of the applications 06/07/2009.(13/07/2009 for far flung areas) Application link from website will open from 15/06/2009 to 30/06/2009.
