Eligibility: BE/ B.Tech (Civil/ EEE/ Mech/ CSE/ Architecture/ Mining/ Telecom)

Applications are invited from Engineering Graduate MALE Indian citizens including temporary Central/State Govt. servants, serving personnel of the regular Army and Territorial Army (including officers of Territorial Army) and serving personnel of Navy and Air Force for 110th Technical Graduates Course (commencing in Jan 2010) as per following details and instructions:

Type of Entry
TGC: (a) Engineering Graduates : Eligible for induction into all Arms/ Services. (b) Post Graduate (Non-Engg.) : Eligible for induction into the Army Education Corps (AEC).

Vacancies :
110th TGC :
(a) Engineers : 59 (Civil-07, Electrical-04, Mechanical-07, Computer Science -05, Telecomn-09, Electronics-06, IT-04, Architecture-02, Public Health Eng.-03, Construction Engg.-03, Industrial Engg & Management- 05, Mining-04).

(b) AEC : Post Graduates (Non-Engg) — English/Economics/Music (Preferably Western Music) - 01.

Note : The number of vacancies given above are tentative and may be changed at any stage by Army Headquarters.

Minimum Educational Qualification:
(i) For Technical Arms and Services (Engineers). A degree in Engineering or equivalent degree from a recognised University.
(ii) For Army Education Corps: MA degree from a University recognized by AIU in 1st or 2nd division.

Age Limit:
(I) For Engineering Graduates : 20 to 27 years. Born not earlier than 02 Jan 83 and not later than 01 Jan 90.
(II) For non-Engg Post Graduates (Army Education Corps) : 23 to 27 years. Born not earlier than 02 Jan 83 and not later than 01 Jan 87.

Method of Selection:
Initial Screening and short listing of applicants will be done at Recruiting Directorate Army Headquarters. Selected (shortlisted) candidates will be called for Service Selection Board (SSB) interview at Allahabad, Bhopal and Bangalore for fives selection process. In which candidates will be put through Psychological test, Group Test and Interview.

Physical Standard : Min. height 157.5 cm , better eye 6/6 and worst eye 6/18.



Pay Scale :
PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.54oo plus Military Service Pay and other allowances (During the training, the candidates will get Rs.21000/- as Stipend.
