Arrow Real Interview Question

Hi guys,

This is a interview questions which i had faced nearly 5 times in my 7 interviews. It is a very simple question but they want to talk on this question nearly 3 minutes. Lets try :)

The question is

What is your most unforgotable moment in your life

ya its a very simple, but i want answer more than 2 minutes :D

Re: Real Interview Question

In my perspective interviewers don't go to verify ur background i.e whether the facts that u told are true or false. They simply require how do u react at that instant. So prepare a unforgettable moment urself by turn on ur imagination

Re: Real Interview Question

Hi Krishhi,

I was asked the same question in an interview. The HR's usually ask this question to check our flow of thoughts, words and body language. Thats why they ask us to speak for atleast 2 or 3 Mins so that they can rate us on all these aspects.

I narrated a small incident as given below.

" The most unforgettable moment in my life is the day when I won the 2nd prize in the state level singing competition because it was result of my continuous hardwork. The competition was a held in the year 2005 in Bangalore on the eve of kannada Rajyotasava. There were hundreds of participants and viewers from all over the state and some of the famous music directors were also invited to that event as Guests. I was a little nervous after looking at that huge crowd but anyhow after going onto the stage I regained my energy and sang well but I was not sure about winning a prize as there were so many other particpants who sang very well. Then came the announcements that created an extreme silence among the crowd. Everyone was eager to hear the results. Then suddenly there were cheers heard from every corner of the hall when the 1st place was announced. However I was still silent as that prize was not for me but when the 2nd place was announced I jumped up with a great joy and surpise as I had won that prize. My parents were also very happy. All my friends congratulated me. It was really a wonderful moment where I was recognised and wished by so many people. I Then realised my efforts and hardwork that I had put on the music. I always believe in the principle that "There is no substitute for hardwork" and I follow this in each and every work I do and that is all about my unforgettable moment.

This narration will take around 3 Mins. We have to be really slow and clear while narrating. Try to link the positive points if any in the story to the work. For example, I have highlighted Hardwork and connected it to work. One other important thing here is the bodylanguage. Portray the best body language and make the narration more interesting.

All the best,
Archana
