Today youth has so much potential that they are able to flod the
world.today the technology has developed much that its every talent and potential person to shine up well. Goverment is giving various facilties for upcoming ones.Though many guys are filled with potential, they are able to out their talents.Its the duty of every wellwisher to help him to over these problems.Thus I conclude that every youth is a germ for world. we want to use them in a correct place and correct position. Age and youth ,this topic underlines the importance of experience people compared to young inexperience and age factor compared to underage workforce.With the growth of easier sources of information through IT and faster studies with relevant subjects with advancements in studies,young people are emerging from the shadows of their adults and proudly leading top companies.Although age and experience counts,the youth are not moved and their quest for analytical and logical thinking powered with better IT is giving them an edge over the older folk.Now no longer you find companies crying for experience.It is the young and talented who are in demand as they have the agility and keenness to arise and grow into a new form GEN-X revolution leading the way.

young talent is the preferable one by me. because the technolgy which is enhancing day by day leads youth to be more efficient. ofcourse the experience is the one which provided this technology, the youth will extend this for futher. |

The topic makes us to decide whether experienced who are agedare powerful or the young persons with young mind are powerful.Today youth plays a major role in many fields. They are ready to face any challenges.They are facing challenges.Eventhough unemployment problem exists,they are becoming powerful by their own creativity. Only young people can have much innovative ideas.Since they are the present generation,they can match the current fields.After the practice the youth is also going to become experienced.Experience is not needed for the victory.Only creativity and new ideas brings the victory.

Age and Youth: Experience And Young Talent I wd like add my points to it . Well as far as i feel there is might be phisical capabilities difference but as far the mental capability concerend a person who has 60 years of age can also think , n be enthusiatic as long as he is willing to contributes , Its all about mind set one has rather than we can do , we cant do ! If u think u can make a bit difference :) For example I met a person called Mr Jayram who is of age 64 nearly but he still come to work n think in a way we Youth guys think, PLay tennis even at this age of time . Motivate us to move fwd . So when i asked him whatz the secret he says Ki " ITS ALL THE MIND SET " ONE HAS THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE . No doubt he cant play tennis now as he plays 2 years bck due to physical capabilities but he can do some things as we Youth do bye sowmya bye sowmya

Age and Youth: Experience And Young Talent
both are the building blocks of a nation. the aged who are having the experience to perform the tasks perfectly should be used in renowed work forces where a lot of mechanical work is required. while the young guns had to be used in the place where they are required. i.e. in the emerging feild of the future which helps in the development of the country and also good for them. as the aged cannot adjust to the changing environments, its the responsibility of the youth to choose a difficult task. being the youth of such a prominent country which is doubted to be ruling the world in 20 yrs, we had to work hard to show the power of indians. thanks for ur time , bye

I my openion age, youth,experience and young talent are analogous in comparision, an aged person maygain ameature talent in a new field in which an youth guy may be a wonderfully experienced, experience come with hard work and no way related to age, talent can also be acquired with out relating to age, in todays fast moving world young guys a very much enthusiastic and becoming employers also. reagrds wizkid

I agree with the point given gy rena on this topic. but i am against the single point that was mentioned that experience is not needed for victory. Everywhere u go now is the point that r u experienced.so experience is the main strategy in this world

I think Young is the bulding blockes of the nation as u see in every field like sports,Politics everywhere .
Age dont know the youngers need like their is a generation gap between them but at some places we need the help of aged. young are the much more inovative,creative the aged person |

hi
the generation right now is vastly changing with the trends no were but from our daily habits which is passing like a viral fever. The age which we consider to the golden oppournity were we are right now is very much graduated to find the correct path maybe the youth sometimes goes wrong on the panel of choosing his own path by way of wrong paths and also in some time he may choose the correct path and also he may or may not succeed in his winningheight. the talent were he is using should be planned in the way that he should take different views from different ways like friends, books, experienced persons etc., such steps make a lot of challenging paths to face the youth

Hi All,
Age and Youth:Experience and Young Talent In the present generation,young talents are mainly required for any organisation becoz if given a particular problem the youth or fresher will view the problem in various ways or different aspectsbut if u consider experienced ones,they view the problem in a routine manner becoz they are experienced and they are motivated to do in a particular way but in some cases experienced shld be given preference becoz for example a software manager knows well regarding coding(i.e.,if we write program in this way wat is the time complexity and if we pointers wat is llike that as they r experienced) and i can say compared to both freshers r more efficient than experienced but both are equally required for developing the nation. |

Hi All,
Though I din't go through all of the Stuff that you people have mentioned, but I respect every one's point of view, and would like to add some points from my side. I am working as a Test Engineer, and we have a Team of 30 people as of now. Here around 60% of us are with One Year Experience, and rest are much seniors to us, so in this arena, where competiveness is the doctor's order, we should always try and strive for a mixed Blend of Exubrance of Youth and Expierence of Senior people. Youth always come up with a charisma, and a new sense of urgency regarding learning new skills and Technologies.On the other hand we have Excellent managment and Passionate skills of people who are senior and have gone through the nitty gritties of life and Industry. So always look out for the Mixed blend. |
