Rep Power: 4 | Hi, This is a good topic .Their major function is to organizing,staffing,planning,leading these are the major function.They should be a good technical personeel when comparing the low level mangers in mind the technical knowledge narrow downs and other skills comes to play .

The word Manager itself says thathe shouldbe able to manage all the things of his team, he must be a motivator, couragious, and he should evaluate the technical skills of his team members very effectively, to assign that specific task to an individual and manage the resourses for the optimum benifit, to achive this tasks a manager should hav good technical knowledge.....
