Re: GD topic
With increasing number of education centers across India and with sudden boom in commericial educational institutions, this topic has assumed a higher significance in today's scenario.
Commericialisation has its own good and bad points. Most of the commercial institues opening oday have profit as their main motive. They try to misled students by creating a notion in their mind that good education can only be obtained through commercial centers. This has prompted many students to miss their schools which further deteriorates the quality of education. Student misses out on the moral and social values which can only be learnt in school. Further, exorbitant charges by these institutions have necesarily made education as a puppet in the hands of rich people only.....etc and suddenly if u find that all others are against you and u r not making any valid point, then it's never too late to change u'r side.....dal badlu..... :) Although, I agree that commercialisation has some negative points, but my friends we should not forget that comemricialisation is helping to enhance the quality of education by providing a better and more focused approach towards the strength and weakness of individual so that every individual performs to his full potential and is given an individual attention and more stringent appraisal of his performance. All this helps in developing an overall personality of an individual. Yes, there is need for government to check this commericialisation of education by regulating the fee structure and the quality of education being provided but nevertheless, i feel commericialisation will greatly help in improving the education system of our country by enhancing the level of competition not only among the students but differnt institutions themselves so that every1 is working to his full potential (At the end of GD) MODERATOR: hello wisdom, thx for u'r participation. All others can move to the next round to be held shortly. wisdom is sitting in a corner with beedi (50 p) in one hand and pulling hair with other hand cheers!

Re: GD topic
There are two faces for the commercialisation of education system..
commercialisation in education system would ultimately demoralise the values associated with the entire system and would also become an unattainable task for the poorer class people... On the contrary, it would be a cumbersome n onerous task for the government to educate each and every child in such a society with huge population, to impart education to each nevery individual child it should be bit commercial.... reg wizkid

Re: GD topic
Commercialisation of education in india ,especially in schools and colleges shows the dismal position of our education.Schools packing children like a can of sardines, junior colleges having too many students enrolled in each class , colleges with no attendance are a regular feature. If we could possibly tap these loopholes and fix them by way of determining where we have went wrong!!Like is education becoming too commercial and institutions no longer interested in imparting soft skills and other leisure activities just to be in the limelight and show that the few bunch of students which perform are enough. Its so absurd to say the least. Many universities have practicals for degrees and other courses but no one practices!!Where are we heading this way?We have to realise the need of the hour and buck up before things go out of hand!!And our vision 2020 will be in shambles!!!!!!![]()
