No I coompletely think the opposite. It is due to economic reforms that India's Economy is doing very well. But at the same time we must not be too careless.

i partially agree with this because of these reforms and heavy taxes people are going in a negative way that is something like corruption has increased and even smuggling has increased coz of very high taxes, but at the same time they are some rules by which people have gained from the govt, it has changed the mindset of the people in terms of earning money but the culture has nothing to do with the economic reforms
