Its really good topic to discuss.. i ll agree with rivers centralisation.Bharat Ratna Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvarayya has suggested the same.India has slope towards north to south as well as west to east..thats the reason all the rivers flow to the eastern states of india. If we can centralise the rivers in india, the allocation of water should be done as per the availability of natural resources like land, etc. Central body should act on any issues regarding water regulation.All states PWD( Public Works Department) should work together. State interference should me minimal.
Right now Karanatak & Tamil nadu, Orissa & Andhra Pradesh, Maharastra & AP, are fighting for water regulation between the states... lets hope best ..western states can be benefited by drip irrigation...
