hi all,
we all need the the most experienced people to run the govt, because younsters may have the ideas,confidence,energy,will power but it is all bookish knowledge and so we need that wisdom support and the experience ideas of the senior people to guide us in the right way , but at the same time they should not be biased and they should not dominate us.So i conclude that govt not only needs the senior citizens but also the young people who can achieve the thoughts of the wise people.
