Time's changing, and so is the world around us.


Women have always been good at managing, and I say this refering to all women alike. That includes not only women who are managers in leading companies, but also the housewives, who keep the "home dept" running flawlessly. Infact research shows that womenhave bettermulti-tasking abilities than most men.


Soits undeniablethat women are good managers, sometimes, arguably,even better...

yes, women are good managers as men,i would say that they are doing well at every platform for example people like sonia Gandhi who is indirectly running the Govt at centre , From Bussiness arena people like Sailja Kiran who is a C.E.O of margadarshi chit funds & many more , who proved themselves what they are capable of in their respective bussiness fields, so friends i want to say that women are not less to men from any corner.

Well I believe that women are definitely good managers as they have the emotional quotient and are mentally more strong than their male counterparts in dealing with dangerous situations.But, to be more practical its not possible for them to compete against men in management.

yah i accept women managers are well suited as they have more patience and ability to tackle the tricky situation.If they can be a good home maker why can't they be a good manager?.

I think woman are more flexible compared to men ..they can deal with tough situations very efficiently , they can manage both home and business/office well compared to men. But , I think they need a man behind them to give them a morale boost and support ...like Nenu Unnanu type..

God has given all the ingredients to women ..they can work under tremondous pressure ...I think by birth they have the managing skills ..let it be managing the house or business . I think compared to men , women have a lot more patience and they work hard .

But ultimately I think that " For every women to be successfull , there should be a man behind her "

According to my point of view,both men and women who are capable of tackling the critical situations,who can go in relation with the team mates,who has good technical spirit,goodmotives are good managers.

Yes women are coming up in almost all the fileds and are compared
equally to guys. Well they take care of all the aspects like Family ,
Job as well as Their personal career also. They take the rsponsibilty
and full fill all the duties efficiently .

Everybody issupposed to accept the UNIVERSAL TRUTH that women are good managers.the main thing for their sucess is their courage and patience.And they adopt to their environment quickly.not only that thay have mind setof understanding others.there may be some exceptions.thats not to be considered.

I do not believe in the strategies like - Women are good managers & Men are best
managers - I believe in that it is the
attitude what makes difference .










There are many women on the planet who made difference &
who created a history. But why the ratio is small to compare with men ? because of
social environment.










Some example in INDIA 70% of parents they do not
give encouragement to female. That is the reason ration is small while we are comparing
with men.








Slowly scenario is changing ( Mainly in middle & poor
class) .. Now ever body realizing that a
female also can make difference…. Yeh now the whole world knows what they can
do…










Support from backend is always necessary for whether if they
are men or women. But according to today’s social environment women need more
encouragement than men to achieve their goals.








So.. men or women do not lift your self that your are great
!!








Its not the gender creates
the success it is the burning desire , unending commitment & finally
ATTITUDE.

: My dad never gave good support to my
sister. She studied in all govt colleges But dad joined us (my br & me) in
private schools & colleges.








Today my sister is a Sub
inspector of Police [/b]who achieved that feat at very young age. Its all because of her commitment & desire.





Its not the MEN BEHIND the WOMEN or WOMEN BEHIND THE MEN..





It is the HUMAN BEHIND THE HUMAN

I also "ACCEPT WOMEN ARE GOOD MANAGERS" they can handle some herculian jobs in a tricky manner than women.But one thing is most of the women are very sentimental and they will melt down easily(Not for all woman ... a few are different) then another one is they have soft heart they can't stand with in an Ideal state.in home they are managers I accept because they are managing almost all works in a home.

Behind every human therz a human! Men / women its the commitment
towards doing things is more important. Well we are appreciating women
progress becos of the past history





where in olden days women were given low prority ..
they got married at early age .. they werent sent to school for higher
education only few are been got that privilage . Slowly the scenario
has been changing .. growth of women has slowly started.. people are
giving equal consideration to females ..Today





what not they have done all histories .. went to moon , became
CEO's to companies , SPorts , Movies , Maintain Family . Thats how we
tend to compare with guys in all the aspects .., But behind this ... we
also have our familiy , father , mother, brothers and sisters as well
as community which played a great role in transforming women





Well credit all goes to them as well as self commitment towards achieving things ..which is must for achieving


If we have a BURNING DESIRE to achieve well GUY/GAL can achieve anything ..

yes, i agree woman has good manager skill's like manage child,senior people in home and family ecnomic problems too.

I am very glad to have the topic."Women r good managers".Like technology is rapidly going towards victory,Women r also fastly reaching a peak victory.They know to manage all the things.


According to me in olden days also women were good managers.Even they were not allowed to go outside,they were the best managers for the house.They managed the whole family.


In oldens days,they were,now-a-days they r and in future they will be good managers.Only difference between the past and the present is the field.In those days they were the managers only for the house.But at present,they r managers for all the fields.So they r equal to all persons in all ways.The women r in all fields like Science(Kalpana chawla),Sports(Sania mirza),politics(Chief minister),website(Sureshkumar.net=Sowmya,keerti) etc.
