Women's reservation should be Banned towards job

I do not agree with it. Still we have the responsbility to encourage them in INDIA. They are changing day by day.. Now they want to become independent. let us give them more opprtunites and encouragement.

I agree with this topic.....ofcourse we have the responsibility to encourage them..but at the same time knowledge also very important factor... if they have knowledge they can get the job. So there is no matter of reservation here ..........

Hi Friends.
Before starting this topic I would like to say that it is not a offending for women. Since women want to be equal to men then they have to fight in open category and accept the result whatever it is. If they are fit and Good enough then they have to fight the men in open category and not requesting for reservations.

If they are fighting for reservation then what is the fun of saying that women are being equal to men when they are not fit to be equal to men by accepting the reservation seat.

hai friends i am agreeing with this topic.what is the necessity of giving reservarion for womens towards job.any organization will see towards a hard working and skill full personalities and the selection for the job should also be based on this point only.now a days women are competiting with men in every aspects and if we give resevations for women the no of men being unemployed will increase.so finally what i want to say is that the jobs should be given to the one who is worthfull whether it may be a man or a women.

if we require reservation for women in job then why we alwayz ask for equal rights for women and men.why aren't we treating both sex equally.ya i agree with my frends that they need to be sufficientlymotivated at the same time no gender bias should be done otherwise we wont be giving treatment of equality.i think we are forgetting one important thing in here that we ned to create safe atmosphere for women to work.this can be one way for motivating women.next thing which needs to be taken care of is that knowledge test shld be performed well for both the sex's. whichever sex has the knowledge only that shld be selected.

hi friends i am agree with this topic...now a days man and woman both are equal...they have the same capability...reservation is not right bcoz for devlopment of country we should choose best candidate.i think now a days womens are doing better in any exam and if any have that much knowledge for job then noone can stop it..so Women's reservation should be Banned towards job

i think in a way that there shpuld not be any kind of reservation whether it is on gender basis or on the caste basis at the higher levels of the society.. women should get reservation only upto getting themselves into the primary school or upto the graduation.. the reservation in the service sector will not only deteriorate the services provided by the company but also one who is deserving may be deprived of getting a job..

I agree. Reservation is applicable for those people who are under priviledged and requires support for existence. Women now a days are in no way behind their male contenders and have prooved their excellence in all fields. Women are qualified enough to get a job and perform their desired task sincerely.

i do not agree with it there r many men dominated places like in military,workshops(where physical energy requirement is in higher extent) so like these places r completly men dominated and Women's hand is about 5 % in these fields .
Women work in those places where they feel more comfortable and here if reservation is not present there is a chance of men getting more oppurtunities then Women

In my opinion job reservation for women should be banned, whether it is on gender basis or on caste basis. When we are saying that women are equal to men then there should not be any reservation for women. A woman should get a job based on her own strengths and knowledge. She has to do the same kind of hard work as a man does. or she has to work as hard as a man does. And she has to fight with man in open category. If she has enough skills then no one can stop her. In fact these reservations are discouraging their motivation and strength. The attitude Women towards life is changing day by day and they are becoming independent. So let us give them more opportunities and encouragement. Not by giving reservations, but by taking the responsibility to encourage them and by creating safe atmosphere for women to work.

If they are fighting for reservations then it doesn’t make sense to say that women are equal to men. I want to say that the jobs should be given to the one who is worthy of it may be a man or a woman.

Reservation should be there for women only up to graduation level, only because still some parents are considering education of girls is unnecessary. Once she is well educated then there should not be any reservations.
