This is the personal experience of mine in losing additional weight.
I'm posting these tips only after I've worked on them sincerely.. If I can lose weight
then any one else can....
Step 1) Check your weight immediately and on the basis of your weight, deduce your goal of how much weight you gonna lose. ( write your goal on a paper..immediately)
CAUTTION: Set a goal which is realistic... Say if you are weighing 80 kgs try to frame
a goal for a period of 1 month in which you can fix how may kilos of weight you have to
cut. Try to fix as realistic as possible. Remember Slow and steady progress wins the race.
These are the following strategies that I've employed to kick off my additional weight...
1) Wake up early in the morning(on or before 6:00A.M) and have two glasses of water.
2) Regular Exercise(Jogging,Walking,Yoga...etc).
3)Try to reduce the intake of junk stuff as much as you can..(Ex.Pizzas,Cool drinks...).
4) Consume a fruit daily.
These are the four steps that I've followed and believe me that it worked excellently. Along with losing weight I feel very much fit.
Try these tips for 1 month sincerely and I guarentee you that U will make progress. But try to be realistic in your weight loss..
