    It also boosts the health by increasing the quality of sleep and the sense of well being.
    Those are some of the vital advantages. To lose weight with success, one should reduce the amount of calorie intake and maximize the energy output which will come from the stored fat but be sure to maintain good blood sugar levels.


    Food is made up of three groups; carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Carbohydrates consist of things that grow in the ground are made of sugar compounds. Go easy on dense carbohydrates such as cereals and breads but fill up the plate with less dense carbohydrates like the vegetables.
    Proteins are from things that move around except soya beans’ tofu. They consist of amino acids which are building blocks for the body. They build the muscle tissue and repair the body organs. It also improves the metabolism and the immune system. Have lean protein for every meal and the volume should be the same as the palm of the hand and also the thickness. Fish and tofu are the best for protein when looking forward to losing weight.
    Fat has received so much scorn from people on diets but it is also crucial to the body. It is good for the cell membrane, the brain and the nervous system. It also slows the digestion making food last longer in the body. The best fat is the monounsaturated fat that is found in the avocados, nuts and olive oil. Eat little fat in every meal about a teaspoon.
    Balance all the food groups in all the meals. Take in more vegetables and fruits. The snacks should not be neglected for they also need to be balanced. Make every meal crucial for a healthy living and greater results before the big day and after.
