ISTQB-Advanced level-Technical Test analyst book

Hi Everybody,

Can any one knows about the ISTQB Advanced level-technical test analyst book named as:"The Software Test Engineer's Handbook:"A Study Guide for the ISTQB Test Analyst and Technical Analyst Advanced Level Certificates (Rockynook Computing) by Graham Bath and Judy McKay" please inform that where can i get this book in Hyderabad,because one of my friend is going to attend this exam in march 2009,through the online we can purcahse but it is very expensive i.e $42.30.please give me full information (meterial or mockpapers) regarding this exam also.
