It is a question to test your confidence on yourself and to know your feedback on your performance from yourself. Answer which is ranging from nuetral to very good answer may not give you a very good boost to the chances of getting recruited. But a bad answer may decrease the chances. So you should be careful not to give a bad reply if not a good one. Especially if you are a fresher, no one will expect a good answer from you. So frame the answer which is not bad.

When you face similar question, just be cool and normal and say that "I believe the kind of opening you have, matches with my skill set and I have very good understanding in all those areas. So I am confident that I can perform it very well and exceed expectations. Thus I am confident that I will get an exited oppertunity to serve your organization".

This is just sample reply. You can tune the presentation to make it simpler.

the interviewer is testing how confident u r with the opening n ur performance ...
so b cool n tune ur ans acc 2 ur performance ....

i faced almost 10 inerviews .i was asked many times this question
so plz see what i told
well sir first i will not loose confidance .and 2ndly as a fresher i have to learn lot more.so i will talk a feedback from u about my weaknesses and than i will work on that .so that it will be very usefull to my next inerview.
