Working in Team is better or as an individual ? Why

Hi,

undoubtly woking inteam is better.......it has so many advantages than the indivisual.......

if v work in team v can learn frm superiors & junirs may learn frm
us...if got stuck up anywhere seniors helps in tht,they advices in work
has lot of advantages.

in working in individual if hvng any doubt stuck ups over there & takes lot of time to get frm tht .....

so on the whole working in team is better than working as individual.......

We can share ideas and we can gain more from others..


rather if any one cant understand our point,we can explain them so that we can explore new things in that concept...


we can also enrich our leadership qualities by working as a team.


if we cant understand any point there would be more persons to help us..

Working in team is only best.Bcoz u can know more abt the company by hearing the other's view of the company.Next thing,if u want to cheive something for the company,then group members will help u and u get many ideas which makes u to finish project quickly and successfully.Then only many views occur.If it is against,u can think that how to change that towards u and in group u can have many expreience.

3 THERE WONT BE INDIVIDUAL RECOGNITION RATHER TEAM EFFORT





HOPE TEAM WORK WILL BE BETTER since We need to do work in less time

I think working individually and then sharing the work as a team is the best...If we work in a team there are chances that we may neglect our work by depending on others ...I.e we may think that others may do it..

So, we need to Individually work then share the work with our tem members..then we can get additional ideas from our seniors....

This way we will have a pressure on us to complete the work ...with dedication

completely depending on others , HERE EVERY ONE WILL BE ASSIGNED SOME
