Rep Power: 62 | If it is mathematics, I don't know. But if it is prog languages, '1'+'1' will produce '11' as output....

Rep Power: 13 | HI, Ya.kireeti is correct.Bcoz in programming languages concatenation of characters produces this result. This is known as operator overloading. + can be used for addition same + can be used for concatenation also.

Rep Power: 18 | HI, U can say this answer... As a mathematician if I think , 1 + 1 = 2 But, If I think as a programmer then 1 + 1 = 11 Here + does concatenation .... Good Work Kireeti ..

Rep Power: 62 | Re: INTERVIEW? mmm.... this is a very old post. But now when I come back to see this post, I feel, 1 +1 = 11 is pointing me to "team work". "As an individual we may be alone. But when we team up, we can do anything". T - Together E - Every one A - Achieves M - More Thanks, Krishna

| Member | Re: INTERVIEW? hi krishna, i can agree with your this statement/Post "If it is mathematics, I don't know. But if it is prog languages,'1'+'1' will produce '11' as output...." i even agree with this statement "As an individual we may be alone. But when we team up, we can do anything". T - Together E - Every one A - Achieves M - More " But i feel this to be somewhat exaggerated statement "I feel, 1 +1 = 11 is pointing me to "team work"." i really dint mean to contradict you, whats that you are trying to tell in this, do you mean 2 people can give 11 people output? but if you have a strong believe in your statement, why dont you give some valid reason for that... Rep Power: 62 | Re: INTERVIEW? Sudhani, I don't have any scientific reasons or proofs to prove my statement. But that kind of statements are generally made with talking about importance of team work. So got this point here in to discussion. Other wise, even I don't think 1+1=11 is practically possible in general cases. Thanks, Krishna

| Member | Re: INTERVIEW? krishna, i am glad that you are giving importance to team work. but, when you talk about the Team Work, the example which you give should support your speech, i dont think that the example you have given does so... when i view it from resource point of you, you are expecting 11 people's output from 2 people, which is not possible at all circumstances, if you expect so...i am sorry, you have high expectation, which leads to more work pressure to your subordinates... if you feel that i am wrong, i am ready to correct my statement, provided if i get a valid answer.... Rep Power: 9 | Re: INTERVIEW? Hi Sudhani..Hats Off to your Analysis!! I feel this is a good discussion and let me add my views here.. Instead of seeing 1 as a mathematical figure, let me assume that 1 as a person, might be u Sudhani) and another 1 means me! So U + Me = U n Me which makes a team of 2! Or generally if I assume 1 as an effort , we end in multiple effort, which relates to a team work… Is it satisfying Sudhani?

| Member | Re: INTERVIEW? Ramaa, my view is also the same, 1 as a person/resource, where i will ask my resources 1 + 1(Me + U ) = Team Work, where i can ask them to put their maximum effort, but how can i expect my 1 + 1 to give an output of 11 resources.....do you think my team will shine if i ask them to give such an output.....will it give result in the long run..... hope you got my question?, its my doubt/question/view nothing else.....
