here we must tell about our strengths like I am a Hardworking Person, Optimistic, Friendly in Nature, I shold be a Valuable Team-Member, and I belive (Hard)Work ratherthan Luck.
And if poss tell about your acheivements(it's better if u avoid this because the next Question will be on What you have Acheived and Explian?).

Self-Intiated, Self-motivated, communicable and Hardworking...

Answer should me how good are you to yourself ..

It should be positive and related to the work envinronment .....

One best answer when you know what is the job you were been offered and what is expected out of you, then, tell them how well you fit into the job and how much exp (or how strong you are) you have in relevent field and what difference you made in the team.... After all, this is what every employer will look in us. If this is not meet, every thing is waste.
