*I am kranthi pursuing Final year of Master in Computer Applications in Aurora's PG College.I describe myself as a Confident,Cheerful,energetic professional.I am interested in doing the work as a team.I love to be a team player.I am hard working person and I can do the work with in the stipulated time.I have organized a Industrial tour for Bangalore and I was one of the volunteer in organizing committee of CSI 40th National Convention.



# b) Aren't you going for higher studies abroad? Why?
*As of now I have no plans.I want to work and gain some experience and later I may do MBA along with my job.
# c) What is your Rank and CGPA.
* I have an aggrgate of 73%.
# d) Why is that your II Semister marks are less than the Ist and III rd ?
*At that time I concentrated more on C++ and I prepared well for the exams, but its not enough to score the marks.
# e) What do you mean by Creativity ?
*Doing Some thing or solution out of the box.
# f) Your resume shows that you have a done a Project on ________. Can you tell me something about your project ?
*Yes Madam.Its a I did project for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan.It is a programme which is conducted by State Secondary Education.The main objective is to achieve 100% literacy.Our Project mainly deals with Performance Analysis of Students,Evaluation of Radio Programmes,Funds Flow,Disabled Children and Out of school children.The actors are around 2000 users and dome of them are Mandal Officer,District Officer,State Officer.


My module is Evaluatio of Radio Programmes,In measns every day Govt. airs programs between 9:30 A.M to 10:00 A.M.and the students have to listen that and they have to do some work.We give a feedback form to that teacher and he/she has to fill the form and submit the all the forms once in a month.This is useful for officers because they can see the feedback and depending on that they can take a decision on ..whether the program is useful or not..Is the timings suited or not.


All the modules have to generate reports.
# g) What is the difference between Procedure Oriented and Object Oriented ...
*In procedure oriented there is less scope for reusing the code.In Object oriented we can have objects and there is more security and easy to code.
# h) Why should we hire you?
*I am confident,hardworking..Ihave good techincal skills.
# I ) What do you mean by an Object ?
*It represents the real time scenaiio.ex--person class--xyz --object
# J) Can you tell me something on America ?
*I like american standard,discipline...etc
# k) Can you tell me something negative on INDIA ?
*People mentality(some)....they do wrong things against the lawwhen offer money.
# L) Can you tell me something negative on any person in your Life ?
*I find amy things...but I take only positive things from others and left the other side.

*Its a good pen..which writes well.It gives a professional look.
# n) Can you tell me the difference between Compilers & Interpreters?
*Compilers read the program at a time and genereate the exe.Interpretor is one which reads the code line by line.
# o) Is HTML compiled or Interpreted ? How and Why ?
*HTML is a language.Used to generate web pages.
# P) Do you know about XML ? Is it interpreted or Compiled ?
*I know a bit..but no idea Madam.

*i'm very energetic kind of a person, i can resist anythin but
temptation wen it comes to doing work and love to work on different
things, dont like to be tied down bcoz that might dampen my sprirts, a
team player,a fine coordinator and a good planner.

# b) Aren't you going for higher studies abroad? Why?



*right now i'm not looking over to that option, infact i feel i
should take a break and know wats goin around in the industry which
will increase my knowledge.


# c) What is your Rank and CGPA.

*i hav an aggregate of 74% and hav produced 2nd rank in 7th semester.

# d) Why is that your II Semister marks are less than the Ist and III rd ?

*well i was sick durin that time and was not able to concentrate
on my studies as i was before, but since then there has been a
considerable improvement in my academics as my certificate shows.

# e) What do you mean by Creativity ?

*well creativity is a way by which new concepts are implemented on old things and new things are used for old concepts.

# f) Your resume shows that you have a done a Project on ________. Can you tell me something about your project ?

*ya I hav done a project at ashok leyland. where i worked on a shock
absorber mounting failure on a vehicle named viking plus plus, we hav
analysed the angle of the shock absorber and finally came with an idea
of introducing a packing so as to increase the lateral distance of the
shock absorber.

# g) What is the difference between Procedure Oriented and Object Oriented ...

*well procedure oriented is a way of programmin where a certain
procedure is followed always,it is also called as structure oriented
programming language.

object oriented is a way of programmin in which the objects are used which can be reused at any part of the program.

# h) Why should we hire you?

*i think i deserve the job from u and i love to work with u as u r on
eof the leaders of giving solutions for most of the global companies.

# I ) What do you mean by an Object ?

*object is related to anythin which can be used as in real life.

# J) Can you tell me something on America ?

*well to be honest i dont like to be an american, as there attitude is always to benefit themselves.

# k) Can you tell me something negative on INDIA ?

i dont like the ways the political scenerio is takin place in india, with all the hufs and pufs.

*sorry i dont want to say anythin negative about someone to another
becoz i always say the people where they are lacking and also provide
them with the solution.

# m) Can you tell me something on this pen ...(Shows RED COLOR Jetter pen )

*this is a pen,which has a roller ball at the tip which rolls to
provide smooth writin without which the pen would not function as
expected it to be.

# n) Can you tell me the difference between Compilers & Interpreters?

*compilers check for errors throughout the programs as the program is run,but interpreter interprets line by line.

# o) Is HTML compiled or Interpreted ? How and Why ?

*interpreted

# P) Do you know about XML ? Is it interpreted or Compiled ?

*ya, compiled.
