Why are you leaving your current job?

I'm ready to take on more responsibilities and learn more, but the opportunities at my current job are limited........i've set some goals for myself and my career, and unfortunately i'm at a standstill in my current situation. i've begun to explore options available before i spend too much time in a job where i cant advance. my goal is to continue to take on new responsibilities and be a key contributor to the success of an online venture.
