mainly to learn and advance. i understand theres a lot of room for growth here, and i'll stay a long time if i'm offered the job...

As technology changes, there exists more challenges to overcome, being updated and working on the new technology are the parameters that a software engineer survive on. The more the challenges the more the satisfaction in working with the company.
