I really suspect if anyone would be ready to discuss about budget for a position... I never saw anyone doing this. People only negotiate.

For a frsher you could say .. as per market value .. else you could specify a range like between 10-15K per month based on the inputs from pervious freshers and current market

I dont know how many of u will agree with me for my answer...well i will say....salary is not a constraint for me but it doesn't mean i will work for too low pay....i dont want the best pay. I need a good pay in the industry(i have mentioned the same in many of my int'ws :-))

Perfect answer, just u have to remove this one. "i dont want the best pay". Then the whole reply will satisfy the interviewer and cuts down leading questions related to this topic
