In the past couple of years I have been a very good team player and tried to do things in new ways which are efficient and consume less time. After I joined my team, we have automated many processes which help in maintaining standards across team members.

First when i joined as a trainee - at the very beginning i was totally engrossed my self in learning the technology and also kept my eyes over the entire system i was authorised to see, i was also a good observer.

Paralley i tried to enhance my communication skill and personallity traits.

If i had ny doubt i never stop asking to my seniors!

then i got a chance to train some ney comers in our project , our PM watched that - i performed very well their.

And all my eforts helped me gaining an imp positions in in my project -I really enjoeyed learning !
