Re: plz solve these questions?
These are my version of answers...
Ques1: How do u update urself on current affairs? Most with the help of news papers and TV channels. And I prefer to use internet to get updated on computer related areas. Ques2: How do u like to make a decision when u r in a team? List alternatives available along with pros and cons and also suggest which do u think is best among the available options and why? Put them forward in team and ask others if they have any better idea. Depending on the complexity/criticality of the issue, some times entire team or people affected might want to sit right from the initial discussions. There is no thumb rule to decide this. Ques3: Tel me in one word why shall i take u? Because I am a perfect fit with requirements you have. Ques4:Is 2 year bond good or bad? My answer will purely depend on situation. But it clearly says that company don't believe employees (what ever could be the reason) and they might force people to work even when they are willing to do. Ques5: Expectations from us? An environment which takes care of mutual interests and believes in growing collectively. Thanks, Krishna

Re: plz solve these questions?
Ques1) By Reading newspapers, Watching Tv, Surfing Internet, interacting with other ppl, Reading Journels, etc, etc
Ques2) When u r in a Team i suggest better all the team members sit and try to discuss urs ideas and try to implement best possible idea that comes out and which is acceptable by evry one in the team. Ques3)Just try to ensure the interviewer by saying that u have all the qualities in u which they r looking out for(To be elaborative: Say somethng like u r hard working, dedicated towards the assigned work, sincere, friendly natured, etc, etc) Ques4) Well different opinions comes out here but, I wud certainly sign a bond for 2yrs if the company is good [ofcourse pay too ;-) ] Ques 5)The best way to respond is to discuss what you expected when you took the job and give examples of how the position worked out for you. If the job wasn't exactly what you expected, it's fine to mention that. However, you should focus on the job itself, not the company, your boss, or your co-workers (if they were a problem). Note: Try to be as descriptive as possible unless u r asked for one word answers Good Luck!!! |

Re: plz solve these questions?
Navi,
Both Krishna's as well as Krishnareddy's ans are good. but would like to give my view regarding the 2nd question. 2) Its about a team & decision making in a team, so it would be better if you use appropriate words. "I will put forward my views/opinions regarding the situation(issue) and will listen to my team members views. After considering the pro's and con's of each members view, will draw a conclusion which best suits(solves) the situation(issue)". The word "listen" will create a good impression. Thanks & Regards, Sudhani |

Re: plz solve these questions?
Navi17,
Qtn2 - Decision making in team. It is one of the most complicated processes. What I have explained is good if you are an individual contributor (not for managers or PLs or TLs). Thanks to "Sudhani" for putting it forward in a better and impressive sentences. Let me know if you have any doubts on any specific area so that I can clear your doubts with more ease. Qtn4 - on 2 yr bond. What ever I said earlier are comments on company policies. Here is my answer to that question. If the company is sending you for a year out of country, then most of the companies say "you have to work for 2 yrs (double the period) in our org after returning back". In that case, bond is a fair deal. In this example, both employee and employer are trying to get benefit from the situation. Otherwise, if the employer is trying to exploit the employees situation, then it is an unfair deal. Thanks, Krishna

Re: plz solve these questions?
Navi,
You have to play with words in this sought of questions. 4)Ans(Not sure whether its good or not) :- “Bond system is being used by companies to reduce the employee attrition rate. If the company provides a good growth opportunity, not an issue in bond”. But the ultimate question will be,”what if I ask you to sign a bond for two years”. Ans : This(use company name) is a company, where employees are provided with good growth opportunities. so, i will. You can give more assertive answer also.
