Everyone Face a Similar Question in Interveiw like say about urself, why u want to change ur Current job? etc....

Yes i wana know a smart answer for the following Questions

1) Why u wana Change urjob?

2) Whts ur Positive and Negative?

1) Why u wana Change urjob?
I want to work on/learn different technologies and diff products and I am looking for more challenging work where I can prove my skills which I acquired over time. Atlast, but not the least, money.

2) Whts ur Positive and Negative?
Answer varies from one to one very much. But, see that you don't tell any thing negative which will decrease your ranking.

Positive -
Hardworking, Smart working, friendly nature and openness to learn new things.

Negative - (should answer very carefully)
Need a break of atleast 5 mins after every 2 hr of work.
